This wine has been made in the winemaking art of "Qvevri": a traditional Georgian practice consisting of fermenting the grape juice in an egg-shaped terracotta vessel (similar to an amphora) which is buried underground.
Type: Dry amber (13°), organic wine
Grape: 100% Rkatsiteli
Description: A nice bouquet of dried apple, apricot and orange. On the palate, sweet spices, with a certain roundness and complexity. A full, dry wine with a presence of tannins.
Vinification: made 6 months in Qvevri with 4 months of skin contact
Recommendation: enjoy between 14 and 16°C with white meat or cream-based dishes
